To upgrade, downgrade or cancel your membership, please access the Pronto Web App Dashboard on your mobile device or desktop/laptop.

To pause your monthly plan, provide 5 days notice and complete the form below. You may pause your membership for up to two months per membership year.

*Please Note: You are able to pause your membership for up to two months per membership year. Membership fees will automatically resume following the agreed pause period if there was a direct debit originally due during the pause period. If there was not a payment originally due during the pause period, your direct debit will be pushed out by the amount of time you paused for.
