Orientation

Never tried Reformer Pilates? Then this is the perfect place to start!

Our orientation class will teach you everything you need to know to get the most out of your classes. This highly detailed on-screen class will break down how to use each part of the reformer and you’ll get to practice some basic moves.

Foundation

Our Foundation classes help you grow in confidence and develop your skills.

Our Foundation Reformer classes are great if you’re new to Reformer Pilates or coming back after a break. These classes give you a strong starting point to build on. Expect a full body, low-impact workout and get ready to try exercises you never knew existed.

Open

With a strong focus on strength and conditioning, our open level classes are where the burn is at!

Our Open Reformer classes are great for when you’re ready to take things up a notch or you’re an experienced member. Explore different, and sometimes faster flows, or simply try the harder spring options. As your strength improves, you’ll notice that you can take on more advanced moves that once seemed out of reach.

Stretch

Designed to boost flexibility, mobility and mental relaxation.

These sessions offer a holistic wellness experience that compliments our existing classes. Suitable for all fitness levels.
