About The Role

pronto filmingPronto Pilates is transforming the Pilates industry by making high-quality, affordable reformer Pilates accessible to everyone. With over 7000 members, our content department plays a crucial role in delivering engaging and professional Pilates classes.

As we continue to expand rapidly, we’re seeking a skilled and driven Video Production Manager to oversee our content creation process, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional quality at every stage.

As the Video Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end content production workflow – from initial concept through to final delivery. This role is crucial in streamlining the processes of production stage, optimising workflows, and maintaining the high-quality standards that our members expect.

Specific duties include:

  • Oversee the entire content production process, from pre-production through to final quality checks and publishing.
  • Refine scripts for instructional clarity and conciseness, collaborating closely with script editors to ensure content aligns with Pronto Pilates’ brand standards.
  • Lead quality control efforts, identifying and resolving inconsistencies in scripts, voiceovers, and video edits.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between script editors, voiceover artists, and video editors, fostering open communication and collaboration across the team.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure each phase of production meets the agreed deadline.
  • Proactively identify workflow bottlenecks and propose solutions to optimise efficiency, reduce delays, and scale up production output.
  • Lead team meetings and check-ins to ensure alignment, motivation, and progress across all projects.
  • Manage our digital signage software used to deliver Pilates class content to our studios nationwide.

To secure an interview, you should possess the following experience:

  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proven experience in production management, content creation, or related fields with a demonstrated ability to manage complex workflows from start to finish.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams with a collaborative, supportive, and proactive approach.
  • A detail-oriented and meticulous approach to achieving quality standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimise workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Proficient with the content management systems Notion and BoxDrive.
  • Familiarity with Reformer Pilates highly desirable but not essential.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and video editing processes is desirable but not essential.
  • A growth mindset with the potential to take on a more strategic leadership role as the company scales.
