About The Role

Are you a dynamic and results-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment? Pronto Pilates is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to attract and source top talent, ensuring we build a world-class team to support our rapid expansion.

As part of our People Operations team, you’ll work closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and develop innovative recruitment strategies.

Your expertise in sourcing, screening, and onboarding will play a vital role in shaping the future of Pronto Pilates. If you’re proactive, tech-savvy, and passionate about connecting great talent with exciting opportunities, this could be the perfect role for you!

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of strong candidates for current and future roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends, best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Provide timely communication and a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Generate reports and updates on hiring progress and key recruitment metrics.

To secure an interview, we’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist (global sourcing a plus!).
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of industries/sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of modern recruitment methods and best practices.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A high level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savviness and fluency in common business software.
  • Schedule flexibility to occasionally connect with international colleagues outside of South Africa business hours.
