We are looking for a part-time (8-10 hours/week), Studio Operations Specialist for our Manly studio. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role reporting directly to the National Operation Leader.
You’ll assume responsibility for our members experience in the studio. Every sense… what they see, hear, touch and smell to ensure a 5-star class experience every time!
Specific duties include:
- Cleaning, adjusting, and maintaining exercise equip
- Maintaining studio comfort and ambience by monitoring lighting, temperature and any odours (with air freshening methods)
- Managing stock and coordinating deliveries
- Monitoring and troubleshooting the robot vacuum/mop (we love tech that makes our jobs easier!)
- Coordinating with contractors and suppliers for occasional studio maintenance needs
- On call to address occasional, urgent cleaning and maintenance needs
- Proactive engagement with members (we’d love you to enjoy the studio with regular classes)
- Connecting with local businesses to promote Pronto
- Reporting to your manager on essential studio stats
To secure an interview, you should possess the following qualities:
- Be meticulous about cleanliness and order (think “Marie Kondo”).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Self-managing and take initiative to always serve our members well
- Proven reliability in admin or supervisory roles
- Confidence to connect with members and local businesses
Experience in the Pilates or fitness industry is not necessary. We will train you on everything you need to know in our supportive and team-oriented environment.
This is a part-time, 8 – 10 hours/week role. Nominal hours of work are Monday through Sunday, with four set shifts per week (Mon, Wed, Fri and one day on the weekend of your choosing). Working hours are flexible, however, they need to be outside of member peak hours which are 5.15-9am and 4.30-7.30 pm. In addition, there is the possibility of call-outs, events and local area networking. Compensation ranges from $30 – $40/hour (plus incentives) depending on your experience.
