About The Role

pronto event with door signAs the Paid Media Specialist, you’ll be directly responsible for the advertising campaigns that bring new members into our studios.

You’ll own and lead our paid acquisition strategy across Google and Meta platforms, using data, performance insights, and creative flair to drive measurable results. This is a performance-first role, ideal for someone who loves digging into conversion funnels, testing hypotheses, and scaling what works.

You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, creative, and studio teams to ensure our campaigns reflect Pronto’s elevated brand and category-defining value—premium Pilates experiences made surprisingly accessible.

This is a pivotal role in ensuring Pronto’s continued growth and studio success, with a direct line to our most important goal: 100% waitlisted studios.

Your duties will include:

  • Develop and execute Pronto’s paid media strategy across Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Instagram, Facebook) to generate qualified leads and member sign-ups.
  • Continuously test and optimize ad creative, copy, targeting, and funnel steps to improve key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Plan, allocate, and manage ad spend with a performance-focused mindset—ensuring efficient budget usage and scalable growth.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce engaging, on-brand ad assets that resonate with our core audience.
  • Set up and monitor full-funnel conversion tracking, from impression to studio visit, using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other performance tools.
  • Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay current with platform updates, trends, and algorithm changes—adapting strategies quickly to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Contribute to our broader marketing strategy by identifying audience insights, seasonal opportunities, and campaign angles.
  • Support special projects and product launches that require paid campaign activation.

To secure an interview, you should possess the following:

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing high-performance Google and Meta Ads campaigns, preferably for a consumer-facing or subscription-based brand.
  • A strong understanding of acquisition funnels, lead gen strategy, audience targeting, and media buying.
  • Analytical expertise in performance platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics 4.
  • Proven track record in hitting growth and ROI targets with data-backed decision making.
  • Experience working with creative teams to develop and iterate on performance ads.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to translate numbers into actionable insights and clear strategy.
  • Passion for health, fitness, or wellness—and alignment with Pronto’s mission to make Pilates more accessible to more people—ideal, but not required.
  • Forward-thinking approach to embracing emerging AI technologies to drive breakthrough efficiency in marketing operations.
  • A self-starter attitude with high attention to detail and accountability.
  • Must be available to work across Australian and U.S. time zones to coordinate with team members.

This is a full-time, flexible hours position. You’ll work remotely from the comfort of your home with occasional business travel.
