About The Role

pronto event with door sign As the Marketing Project Coordinator, you will be the go-to person for overseeing all marketing-related projects. You will coordinate tasks across signwriters, content creators, designers, and external vendors. By managing the day-to-day operations of marketing projects, you play a vital role in driving efficiency and ensuring high-quality deliverables, freeing the Marketing Leader to focus on broader strategic initiatives.

Your duties will include:

  • Project Coordination: Oversee requests related to marketing campaigns, signage, content needs, and design work from both internal teams and external partners. Ensure that all requests are promptly addressed, assigned, and completed according to project timelines and quality standards. Regularly follow up with team members, external vendors, and partners to keep deliverables on track.
  • Proofing & Quality Control: Review all creative assets (e.g., written content, designs, signage) for accuracy, branding, and quality before submitting them to the Marketing Leader. Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are aligned with overall marketing goals. Facilitate consistent communication among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to studio membership, member acquisition, retention, and engagement. Provide regular updates to the Marketing Leader, ensuring data is accurate and actionable.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance project management processes, implementing best practices to streamline workflows and increase marketing operations efficiency.

To secure an interview, you should possess the following:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or creative environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities, able to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, promoting effective collaboration across teams and external partners.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a focus on quality control, proofing, and maintaining brand consistency.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Teamwork.com) and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) for tracking data and performing analysis.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and independently drive projects forward.
  • Experience in marketing design and content creation, with an understanding of brand aesthetics and strategy.
  • A sense of connection with Pronto’s mission to make the life-giving practice of Pilates more affordable and accessible!

This is a full time, flexible hours position. You’ll work remotely from the comfort of your home with occasional business travel.
