About The Role
As Pronto’s Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the engine behind our fast-moving marketing team—keeping launch campaigns, creative briefs, and studio reporting running smoothly and on time. You’ll work across internal teams and external partners, ensuring that every deliverable is briefed, tracked, and delivered to spec.
This role contributes to meeting our marketing team’s studio launch KPIs:
- 1,000+ pre-registrations
- 100+ launch party attendees
- 300+ founding members at launch
- 480 members within 6 months
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re highly organized, quick on your feet, proactive with communication, and have a natural ability to manage fast-paced, detail-heavy projects.
Your duties will include:
Project Management & Coordination
- Manage day-to-day marketing tasks across paid, brand, and studio teams
- Write and manage briefs/cases for:
- Copywriters (social posts, ads, EDMs)
- Designers
- Print suppliers
- Website team
- SEO and PPC teams
- Track all project elements to ensure timely delivery, including:
- Status of briefs/cases with appropriate follow-up
- Marketing materials (digital assets, flyers, promotional items)
- Launch party items and event needs
- Monitor campaign budgets and track marketing expenditures
- Report on post-campaign performance data and key metrics
- Maintain and update marketing team reports
- Schedule and coordinate video and photo shoots
- Assist the Marketing Leader with ad hoc coordination and task follow-ups
- Manage marketing invoices and expenses, ensuring timely approvals and alignment with budget. Liaise with finance to resolve any billing issues.
Quality Control & Communication
- Review copy and creative assets for tone, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines
- Ensure all deliverables meet visual and strategic quality standards
- Serve as the primary liaison between the marketing team and internal/external stakeholders
- Continuously improve briefing and workflow processes to increase team efficiency
To secure an interview, you should possess the following:
- 2-4 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, project management, or similar support role
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments, preferably in agency or startup settings
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail — Type A vibes: organized, responsive, and allergic to loose ends
- Proficiency with project management tools (Salesforce, Teamwork, Notion) and data analysis using spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Clear, effective written communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Good design eye with foundational understanding of visual principles
- Natural initiative-taker with a process-driven and solutions-oriented approach
- Strong “get it done” attitude with ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Forward-thinking approach to embracing emerging AI technologies to drive breakthrough efficiency in marketing operations
- Must be available to work across Australian and U.S. time zones to coordinate with suppliers, support team collaboration, and meet project deadlines.
- Bonus: Hands-on experience with marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads), email marketing (EDMs), or design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma)
