About The Role
The Account Manager, Investor Success serves as the primary contact for Pronto Pilates studio investors, ensuring a high-quality experience and driving key performance outcomes. A core KPI for this role is achieving a 100% waitlist for investor-owned studios within six months of opening. To meet this goal, the Account Manager will work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to align investor-owned studios with Pronto’s membership growth and financial targets.
The ideal candidate is performance-driven, highly organized, proactive, and skilled in managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
This role reports to the Operations Leader and includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of studio investors, delivering timely updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive, seamless experience focused on studio performance.
- Liaise with Operations, Finance, and Marketing to ensure investor-owned studios consistently meet operational, financial, and membership performance goals, supporting the achievement of 100% waitlist targets.
- Assist in refining onboarding, inquiry handling, and reporting processes to ensure scalable and efficient investor relations that support studio performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to compile and deliver monthly performance reports for studio owners, ensuring they have clear insights on financial and membership progress.
- Perform administrative tasks to support investor relations, maintaining smooth daily operations and a focus on performance goals.
To secure an interview, you should possess the following:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, investor relations, or franchise management, preferably within the fitness or franchising industries.
- Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts with a focus on client satisfaction, retention, and performance outcomes.
- Performance-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey financial reports and key metrics to investors.
- Process-driven, with the ability to support and refine workflows that improve efficiency and scalability.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of working under pressure to meet performance targets.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Must be able to work Australian business hours.
This is a full time position. You’ll work remotely from the comfort of your home with occasional business travel.
