About The Role

pronto event with door signAs the Leader, Social Media, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the social media strategy to boost Pronto Pilates brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to analyze social media performance and optimize campaigns, ensuring data-driven decisions lead to measurable success. Additionally, you will oversee the execution of both organic and paid social media campaigns, collaborating with creative and content teams to ensure on-brand and high-performing content.

This role is integral to ensuring we maximize the effectiveness of our social media presence, while maintaining a focus on innovation and trend adaptation. You will be responsible for delivering actionable insights, improving the efficiency of our campaigns, and contributing to the growth of our social media footprint across all platforms.

Your duties will include:

  • Lead the creative vision and execution of the company’s social media strategy across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms to support brand and marketing goals.
  • Manage both organic and paid social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and make real-time adjustments to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure cohesive, on-brand social content that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance. Track and optimize key social metrics such as engagement rate, follower growth, conversions, and cost-per-acquisition for paid campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions, adjusting strategies based on data.
  • Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Oversee community management, ensuring timely and positive engagement with followers while fostering a strong brand presence.
  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate with colleagues across marketing and creative teams to ensure high-quality, consistent social media output.
  • Stay current with emerging social media trends, tools, and platforms, proactively experimenting with new strategies to keep the brand innovative and competitive.
  • Manage paid social campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and budgeting to maximize ROI.
  • Assist with training new social media team members as needed and participate in special projects to enhance the brand’s social media presence and reach broader marketing objectives.

To secure an interview, you should possess the following:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing social media platforms, preferably within the fitness, wellness, or consumer goods industries, with a proven track record of driving brand growth and engagement.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in social media analytics tools.
  • Experience in graphic design and video editing software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Expertise in managing both organic and paid social campaigns, with a focus on ROI optimization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling social media copy and reports.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with creative teams and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

This is a full time, flexible hours position. You’ll work remotely from the comfort of your home with occasional business travel.
